Job summary

Signarama Laguna Hills is seeking a friendly, organized Client Account Specialist to deliver excellent customer service, support sales, and coordinate in-house marketing. You will help customers identify their signage needs, prepare quotes, process orders from inquiry to completion, and work closely with our production team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• A combination of education, training, or work experience that provides the skills needed to succeed in the role.
• Previous customer service or sales experience.
• Sign shop or graphics industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to complete required hiring assessments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and telephone customers.
• Assess customer needs, recommend sign products and services, prepare quotes, and assist with the ordering process.
• Accurately complete work orders and obtain customer approvals and deposits.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and notify customers when orders are ready.
• Support customer satisfaction through attentive service, timely communication, and thank-you cards.
• Request referrals, record contact information, and follow up with referred prospects.
• Represent the Signarama brand professionally at all times.
