Signarama is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, helping bring signage visions to life while supporting internal marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication and relationship-management skills, capable of backing both sales and marketing initiatives to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English with excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading.
• Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequent computer use.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers: respond to inquiries, provide recommendations, and guide through the order process.
• Marketing execution: implement store marketing strategies and telemarketing to foster new business.
• Sales support: process work orders, collect down payments, and finalize payments.
• Relationship management: coordinate with vendors and production team for clarity and quality.
• Operational excellence: assist in store operations, handle reporting and invoicing, maintain store appearance.
