Signarama Austin is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers. You will help turn signage visions into orders, provide expert recommendations, and guide clients through the quoting and order process.

You will process work orders, secure down payments, manage payments upon project completion, and coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure quality and clarity in every order.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and over the phone, provide expert recommendations and accurate estimates, and guide them through the order process.
• Sales Support: Process work orders with precision, secure necessary down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with both vendors for sourcing and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in all orders.
• Operational Support: Assist with production operations from time to time. Ensure all administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing are handled efficiently, and maintain a clean and professional store appearance.

Qualifications
