Job summary

Signarama is seeking a Client Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, helping bring their signage visions to life and supporting internal marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include customer engagement, marketing execution, sales support, and maintaining relationships with vendors and production teams while ensuring smooth operations and a professional store presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English (spelling/grammar).
• Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone with accurate estimates and guidance through the order process.
• Implement store marketing strategies and engage in telemarketing for new business opportunities.
• Process work orders accurately, secure down payments, and finalize payments after project completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors for sourcing and coordination with production teams.
• Support store operations, handle admin tasks, and maintain a clean, professional storefront.
