Qualifications

• Six months of computer use for data entry, information access, or output tasks.
• Six months of using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and operate in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, replenish shelves, and manage stock levels.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
