Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail tech (smartphones and tablets).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform varied duties for extended periods.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs, unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by filling empty spaces on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other departments to deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
