Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find home improvement products at our Alabama store. You will assist with locating items, loading merchandise, and ensuring customer needs are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work across departments as needed, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and participate in cross-training to deliver outstanding service. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer-first attitudes.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
• Able to stand or sit for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
