Qualifications

• 6 months of computer usage and basic data entry.
• 6 months of using retail tech such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and restocking of shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and timely.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and other duties as assigned.
