Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Alabama. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a part-time capacity.

You’ll use basic computer and retail tech tools, assist with stocking and order processing, and may cross-train in multiple departments to deliver top-notch service. Bilingual skills are a plus and encouraged.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Help customers locate and select merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt of items.
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare merchandise in department based on customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, lumber).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
