• Explain services, pricing, timelines, and inspection findings to customers.
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs and additional service needs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and smooth workflow.
• Provide proactive updates during the repair process and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery.
• Process payments and support a seamless Sales-to-Service experience.
