Job summary

Altitude is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in your assigned sales territory. You will hit the pavement, cold-call businesses, and meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to introduce Altitude's insurance solutions and win new business.

You will schedule your own hours, build a personal book of business, and work with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or able to obtain license
• License reimbursement offered

Responsibilities

• Call on small to medium businesses and meet with owners and decision-makers
• Present supplemental insurance products and services to employees
• Build and maintain your own book of business
• Set monthly and quarterly targets with sales team manager
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years experience
