Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking licensed BCBA professionals for Full-Time and Fee-For-Service roles in Massachusetts. The positions offer flexible schedules, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with hybrid in-person and telehealth options.

Responsibilities include completing behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, providing family consultations and trainings, supervising behavior technicians, and direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and reducing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience with autism/developmental disabilities/behavior challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and oversee data collection.
• Deliver direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and reduction of challenging behaviors.
