Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for Full-Time and Fee-for-Service roles. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family trainings, supervise staff, and deliver direct intervention focusing on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors.

We offer flexible schedules (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends) with hybrid in-person/telehealth positions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Current LABA preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Availability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in applied settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate approach to care.
• Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments.
• Proficient with word processing and graphing software.
• Up-to-date with ABA practices.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Access to laptop/CPS and high-speed internet for FFS positions.
• High-speed internet access for Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Document progress: data collection, graphs, progress reports, and behavior support plans.

Education
