Northeast Family Services is seeking a BCBA for a versatile, full-time or fee-for-service role. The position offers mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends with hybrid in-person and telehealth options. You will assess and treat children and families, develop plans, and supervise technicians.

The role emphasizes data-driven outcomes, ongoing documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a growing ABA program. Strong communication and dedication to ethics are essential.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• LABA preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience in ABA settings and behavior interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians.
• Deliver direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.
• Complete documentation: instructional programs, data, graphs, and progress reports.
• Develop behavior support plans and ensure compliance with BACB standards.
