Job summary

One Medical seeks a Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to deliver venipuncture and clinical support while ensuring an exceptional in-office patient experience. You will serve as the first point of contact, handling intake, scheduling, and basic billing inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and teamwork across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems.
• Experience with remote teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support to ensure patient experience.
• Manage patient intake and same-day schedule coordination.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and outreach as needed.
• Front desk duties including check-in/out and insurance verification.
• Maintain inventory, labeling, handling and sterilization of tools.
• Collaborate with providers and virtual medical team on clerical tasks.
