Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Flex Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide venipuncture and clinical support across multiple Dallas offices. You'll be the patient-facing ambassador, ensuring a welcoming, brand-consistent lobby and efficient care touchpoints.

You will handle front-d desk tasks, assist providers, and coordinate with operations while delivering empathetic, patient-centered service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and online platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture for a diverse patient population.
• Assist front desk with patient intake and scheduling.
• Support with billing inquiries and insurance verification.
• Maintain lab areas, ensure proper labeling and sterility.
• Use tech tools like Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR in daily tasks.
