Job summary

One Medical in Washington, DC seeks a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) to deliver venipuncture and clinical support while ensuring a welcoming, brand-consistent lobby experience and seamless patient flow.

You will perform front-desk duties, assist providers and the virtual medical team with clerical tasks, and master our tech suite (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, EMR) to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support services.
• Front desk check-in/check-out and scheduling tasks.
• Answer patient messages and assist providers with clerical duties.
• Maintain office space, inventory, labeling and sterilization of tools.
• Master our technology suite (Slack, G‑suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, EMR).
• Support team through rounds, huddles and problem-solving sessions.
