One Medical in Dallas, TX is seeking a Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to perform venipuncture and provide clinical support, delivering an exceptional in-office experience for our members. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handle front desk duties and coordinate with providers and the virtual medical team across multiple offices in a given market.

Qualifications

• Six months+ of experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• Strong customer service skills and relationship-building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with multiple software systems
• Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support with care and professionalism
• Handle front desk tasks, including patient check-in and scheduling
• Verify insurance and manage billing-related inquiries
• Coordinate with providers and the Virtual Medical Team
• Maintain accurate specimen labeling, handling and processing
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby
• Utilize the tech stack (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete daily tasks
