One Medical is seeking a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide venipuncture and clinical support across offices, starting at the Park Slope location in New York. Qualifications

• 6+ months of direct phlebotomy experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems.
• Experience working with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support services.
• Manage patient intake and same-day scheduling.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and lab spaces.
• Assist with billing inquiries and insurance knowledge.
• Respond to patient messages and support providers and team.
• Master the technology stack (Slack, G‑Suite, Zoom, EMR).
• Perform opening/closing duties and office upkeep.
• Contribute to team problem solving and care coordination.
