Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; training or related experience acceptable.
• Ability to read and follow menu plans and recipes.
• Willingness to perform multiple kitchen duties on an on-call basis.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Assist in preparation of foods per menu and recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment with appropriate certification.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Restock and rotate inventory using FIFO procedures.
• Prepare baked goods as required by menu plan.
• Maintain daily production records and comply with safety policies.
