Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking flexible kitchen staff to support daily operations at our sites. This role involves setting up serving lines, preparing menu items, and ensuring food is held at correct temperatures. You will assist with batch cooking, bread and bakery items, and presenting dishes to customers.

The position requires ability to follow recipes, adhere to HACCP standards, and maintain clean work areas while supporting a friendly, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with basic food service exposure.
• Ability to follow recipes and meal patterns accurately.
• Willingness to adhere to HACCP and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Assist in food prep and batch cooking as per menu plan.
• Operate kitchen equipment with required certifications and keep areas clean.
• Maintain FIFO inventories and restock as needed.
• Handle customer payments and ensure correct meal compliance at POS.
