Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking flexible kitchen staff to support serving lines, prep, and food presentation across multiple sites.

There are on-call and shift-based opportunities in several states, with pay rates varying by state and position. This role supports student meals programs and campus dining operations. You will assist with line setup, follow the menu and recipes, operate slicers, mixers, ovens and other equipment with proper certification, maintain clean, organized work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain food safety practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation per menu plan and recipes; prep ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized work areas and equipment.
• Follow FIFO practices and manage inventory; ensure proper storage and rotation.
