Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a venue operations team member to ensure a seamless day-of-show experience for guests and staff. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to keep the venue running smoothly.

You will handle facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, and show-season prep, with flexibility for day and late-hour shifts. Strong organization, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential for success in a fast-paced outdoor venue.

Strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute tasks.
Availability to work during the day, late hours, and flexible scheduling on both weekdays and nights.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager.
Facility upkeep including landscaping, painting, and minor repairs.
Perform regular preventive maintenance.
Ensure venue is tidy and properly set up prior to each show.
Preseason setup and cleaning for the concert season.
Assist with end-of-show shutdown and site cleanup.
Inspect property buildings, grounds, parking lots and seating areas for safety and repairs.
Perform physical labor such as lifting and assembling event items.
Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
