Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-production and day-of-show support to Production Manager and Back of House teams.
• Assist with day-of-show tasks: parking, credentials, guest list, sign-in sheets, back of house signage.
• Manage on-site runners and petty cash distribution as needed.
• Know the region to locate local services for touring personnel.
• Ensure backstage areas are clean and organized.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, remaining professional.
