Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and to visually monitor store environment.
• Maintain confidentiality is required.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting.
• Able to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with disciplined decision making.
• Excellent leadership skills that support fostering productive business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to Manager on Duty.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and loud, friendly greeting to promote a sense of control and security.
• Create a secure environment and minimize opportunities for theft and dishonest activities.
