Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service/retail or asset protection preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm greeting.
• Monitor entrances/exits and high-risk areas to deter theft.
• Conduct bag and package checks for associates per safety standards.
• Report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist with shortage reduction programs and training.
• Uphold professional appearance and dress standards.
