Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to visually monitor store environment.
• Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance and exits to reduce theft and maintain a secure environment.
• Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and energetic greeting.
• Support leadership with shortage reduction programs and store initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing safety standards.
