The role focuses on monitoring entrances, engaging with shoppers, and enforcing shortage-reduction programs with a professional, energetic approach. You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, adhering to dress standards and safety rules while coordinating with managers to report incidents and maintain a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or retail.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce theft and maintain a secure environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident greeting and positive demeanor.
• Conduct bag and package checks following safety standards.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
