Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends
• Ability to exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision making
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers
• Excellent leadership skills that support fostering productive business relationships

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and maintain a confident presence
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes
• Support store leadership in maintaining safety and security standards
