Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This Independent Contractor role serves Ridgecrest and surrounding areas, offering flexible scheduling and patient-centered, one-on-one treatment.

You will manage care plans, document progress in our EMR, and coordinate with the FeldCare team to ensure timely, compassionate care. Bilingual skills are a plus, and a reliable vehicle is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with patients of all ages.
• Must hold a current Physical Therapist license issued by the state board.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Observe, record, and report the patient’s response to treatment.
• Determine and implement the plan of care.
• Provide one-on-one treatment in home health settings.
• Complete documentation using the EMR system during or after visits.
