Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide quality home healthcare in the Ridgecrest area. This Independent Contractor role serves patients of all ages and supports movement, pain reduction, and functional restoration.

You will work under the plan of care, coordinate with the health care team, and help clients and families participate in therapy. Bilingual skills are a plus and licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state with current registration.
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with patients of all ages.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services per plan of care and in coordination with health care team.
• Assist patients to move, reduce pain, restore function.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy activities.
• Observe and report patient progress and changes.
