FeldCare Connects seeks a proactive Physical Therapist to provide quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Redlands and surrounding areas. This Independent Contractor role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy in selecting coverage areas.

Clinicians work through Cliniconnects for streamlined referrals and documentation, with strong per-visit compensation and full administrative support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with patients of all ages.
• Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy, active and unrestricted.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one home visits, assess patient progress and response to treatment.
• Document the plan of care and any changes in the patient’s condition.
