Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Blythe and surrounding areas. This Independent Contractor role lets you control your own schedule and coverage areas, with strong per-visit compensation and administrative support to coordinate referrals.

You will perform one-on-one treatments, document patient responses, and determine the plan of care, using an intuitive EMR to streamline documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Blythe and surrounding areas.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment; adjust plan of care as needed.
• Coordinate with care teams and document in an EMR system to ensure seamless care.
