Job summary

FeldCare Connects, based in Oceanside, CA, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. As an independent contractor, you will enjoy a flexible schedule, deciding when and where to see patients, and determine your compensation based on your chosen visits.

This role offers extensive support in administration and patient management, allowing you to focus on what you do best: patient care.

The ideal candidate has an active Physical Therapist license and a passion for helping others. Bilingual skills are a plus!

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license must be current and unrestricted, conditional or restricted licenses not accepted.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Ability to work with patients of all ages is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients in Oceanside and surrounding areas.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes.
• Use the Cliniconnects app for referrals and patient management.

Skills

Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages

Bilingual

Education

Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy

Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
