Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring a BCBA in a Full-Time or Fee-for-Service role in Massachusetts. The position focuses on assessments, treatment planning, family training, and supervision, with a strong emphasis on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors.

Hybrid in-person and telehealth options are available. The ideal candidate has BCBA certification, BACB coursework, and several years of clinical experience with autism and related challenges.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Two years of related clinical experience with autism/behavior challenges.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Document data, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
