Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is hiring BCBA full-time and fee-for-service positions with a flexible schedule and summer Fridays. The BCBA will assess, plan, train families, supervise technicians, and provide direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.

The role supports mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends with hybrid in-person/telehealth options, and requires BACB-approved coursework and current BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum two years of related clinical experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and conduct direct treatment.
• Complete required documentation: instructional programs, data collection, progress writing.
• Develop behavior support plans and monitor client progress.
