Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a full-time/fee-for-service Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts. The role covers behavioral assessments, treatment plan development, family consultations, and supervision of technicians, with direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.

Hybrid positions are available, with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB coursework completed.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing; LABA preferred.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with autism and behavior challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• Access to laptop or CPS and high-speed internet for FFS/full-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians.
