in the United States is seeking a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries and ensuring merchandise is ready for the sales floor. You will unload cartons, separate by department, process, hang items, and support inventory accuracy with RFID tasks while assisting with floor sets, price changes, and customer orders.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and goals-driven attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must lift at least 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and sort by department.
• Process, remove plastic, and hang items for readiness.
• Support RFID tasks, sensor tag applications, and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities tasks, store maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Support floor sets, price changes, and picking/packing customer orders.
• Replenish supplies, maintain cleanliness, and promote efficient operation.
• Promote a positive store culture and assist customers during peak periods.
