Job summary

Belk is hiring a Support Flex Associate in a hourly role to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. You will unload truck deliveries, process RFID tasks, support facilities, and collaborate with merchandising to keep merchandise ready on the sales floor.

You will assist with floor sets, promotions, and packing orders while maintaining organization and cleanliness. A customer-focused, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and organize by department.

• Support floor sets, promotions, price changes, and order picking/packing.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness to ensure readiness.
• Engage customers and aid during peak periods to enhance experience.
• Follow safety and asset-protection guidelines to minimize risk.
