Job summary

Belk is seeking a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will process inbound truck deliveries, ensure new merchandise is ready for sale, and support back-of-house organization.

You will also assist with floor sets, promotions, packing customer orders, and maintaining cleanliness across the store. The role is hourly and requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Comfortable moving around store areas and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and prepare items for sales floor.
• Apply sensor tags, transfer products, process damages, and support RFID tasks.
• Assist with facilities tasks, lighting, and store maintenance.
• Support merchandising and store fulfillment with floor sets and price changes.
• Replenish supplies, assist with store recovery, and keep areas organized.
