Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is hiring a Support Flex Associate in Walterboro, SC.

The role drives sales by processing inbound truck deliveries, preparing merchandise for the floor, and supporting both floor sets and customer orders. You will also assist with inventory accuracy using RFID and help with facilities, housekeeping, and promotions. This hourly position emphasizes customer service, ownership of tasks, and teamwork.

• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and separate by department, process, remove plastic, and hang items for sales floor readiness.
• Support floor sets, product presentations, promotional sets, price changes, and picking/packing customer orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with RFID tasks, transfers, and damage processing.
• Assist with facilities processes, store maintenance, and housekeeping responsibilities.
• Replenish supplies, support store recovery, and ensure cleanliness.
• Organize and store tools, supplies, excess stock, fixtures, and equipment to promote efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and stay aware of promotions, policies, and store events.
