Job summary

Belk in the United States seeks a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by accurately processing inbound truck deliveries and preparing new merchandise for the sales floor. You will work with merchandising teams to place and sign products and support back-of-house operations.

This hourly role also involves assisting with floor sets, promotions, and inventory tasks while maintaining a clean, organized store environment and flexible hours including nights

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and goal-driven attitude.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to store success.
• Comfortable with technology and able to use handheld devices and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently unload cartons from truck deliveries and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Complete sensor tag application, product transfers, damage processing, and RFID tasks.
• Assist with facilities processes including lighting, recycling, and store maintenance.
• Support floor sets, promotions, price changes, and order picking/packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize supplies, stock, fixtures, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist during peak traffic.
