Job summary

Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is hiring a Support Flex Associate for an hourly store role in the United States. You will help process inbound truck deliveries, prepare new merchandise for sale, and ensure products are customer ready on the floor.

You will unload cartons, apply tags, transfer items, and assist with merchandising, promotions, and stock organization. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and excellent service while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and ability to support store objectives.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Comfortable with technology including handheld devices and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently unload cartons from truck deliveries and separate by department.
• Prepare merchandise for the floor: tag, hang, and transfer items as needed.
• Support floor sets, price changes, and promotional displays.
• Assist with RFID-related tasks and inventory accuracy checks.
• Maintain back-of-house organization and store cleanliness.
