Job summary

BestDrive by Continental is hiring a Field Sales Representative to grow our commercial tire and fleet solutions business. You will spend most days meeting customers, prospecting new opportunities, and expanding BestDrive's products and services within your territory.

You will report to the Area Manager and work closely with the National Sales Manager to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across assigned accounts, leveraging our trusted tire brands and service programs.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience or B2B sales experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time and relationships across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial fleet and business customers through daily in-person visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with fleet managers and decision-makers.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
• Negotiate within guidelines to secure profitable business.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and opportunities.
