zTrip is seeking a Fleet Recruiting & Retention Manager in Birmingham, AL to lead driver recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives. You’ll build partnerships, source candidates across channels, and guide applicants from initial contact to activation while shaping a positive driver experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, human resources, workforce development, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and community outreach.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify quality candidates.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective drivers to support fleet growth.
• Promote the benefits and opportunities of driving with zTrip to prospective applicants.
• Coordinate recruiting campaigns and hiring events to increase applicant flow.
• Guide new drivers through the application, qualification, and onboarding process.
• Assist candidates with licensing, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience from initial contact through activation.
• Coordinate with operations and training teams to ensure successful driver launches.
• Monitor onboarding progress and quickly address obstacles that may delay activation.
• Develop and implement programs designed to improve driver satisfaction and retention.
• Build positive relationships with drivers through regular communication and support.
• Conduct follow-ups, surveys, and retention interviews to identify concerns and opportunities for improvement.
• Work proactively to reduce driver turnover and improve fleet stability.
• Recognize driver achievements and support engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture.
• Serve as a trusted resource for drivers throughout their tenure with the company.
