zTrip is seeking a Fleet Recruiting & Retention Manager to lead driver recruitment efforts, improve retention strategies, and foster a positive driver experience. You will build a strong driver pipeline, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with operations to ensure successful driver launches in a growing fleet.

This role focuses on attracting qualified drivers, developing retention initiatives, and serving as a trusted resource for drivers to support fleet growth and stability.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
• Experience in workforce development or HR-related programs.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish positive working relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience using recruiting software (ATS/CRM) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Guide applicants through application, qualification, and onboarding processes.
• Onboard drivers and ensure smooth activation.
• Develop programs to improve driver satisfaction and retention.
• Track recruiting metrics and onboarding progress; report to leadership.
