zTrip is seeking a Fleet Recruiting & Retention Manager to lead driver recruitment, enhance retention strategies, and grow a strong fleet. You will attract qualified drivers, guide onboarding, and develop programs that boost driver engagement and satisfaction, driving long-term success.

In this role, you will build partnerships with community organizations, manage recruiting campaigns, and analyze metrics to improve outcomes while collaborating with operations and training teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, HR, or workforce development.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining recruiting pipelines.
• Ability to build trust and establish positive working relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, or recruiting software preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and identify solutions.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and community outreach.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify quality candidates.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective drivers to support fleet growth.
• Promote the benefits and opportunities of driving with zTrip to prospective applicants.
• Coordinate recruiting campaigns and hiring events to increase applicant flow.
• Guide new drivers through the application, qualification, and onboarding process.
• Assist candidates with licensing, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience from initial contact through activation.
• Coordinate with operations and training teams to ensure successful driver launches.
• Monitor onboarding progress and address obstacles delaying activation.
• Develop retention programs to improve driver satisfaction and reduce turnover.
• Build positive relationships with drivers through regular communication and support.
