zTrip is seeking a Fleet Recruiting & Retention Manager to lead driver sourcing, onboarding, and retention initiatives that strengthen the fleet and support growth. You will develop recruiting campaigns, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate with operations to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with drivers, community outreach, and data-driven optimization of recruitment and retention programs to reduce turnover and improve fleet stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, or a related field.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining recruiting pipelines.
• Ability to build trust and establish positive working relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and community outreach.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify quality candidates.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective drivers to support fleet growth.
• Guide new drivers through the application, qualification, and onboarding process.
• Develop and implement programs to improve driver satisfaction and retention.
• Build relationships with drivers through regular communication and support.
• Collaborate with leadership to set fleet growth goals and recruiting targets.
• Track recruiting metrics, onboarding progress, and retention performance.
