Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Fleet Recruiting & Retention Manager inBiloxi, MS to lead recruiting, retention, and onboarding for drivers across the fleet. You will build a robust candidate pipeline, design retention programs, and partner with operations to ensure a positive driver experience that supports long-term growth.

The role focuses on attracting qualified drivers, guiding them through onboarding, and creating programs that improve retention and engagement while aligning with company growth goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, HR or related field.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience building and maintaining recruiting pipelines.
• Ability to build trust and positive working relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using ATS/CRM or recruiting software is preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze trends and solutions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and community outreach.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to identify quality candidates.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective drivers for fleet growth.
• Promote the benefits and opportunities of driving with zTrip.
• Coordinate recruiting campaigns and hiring events to increase applicant flow.
• Guide new drivers through application, qualification, and onboarding.
• Assist with licensing, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience from contact to activation.
• Coordinate with operations and training teams for successful driver launches.
• Monitor onboarding progress and address obstacles to activation.
