Job summary

Cox Fleet, headquartered in Indianapolis, is hiring a Fleet Services Specialist II to support fleet maintenance operations. Based in our Indianapolis area offices or field sites, you will help manage billing, scheduling, and customer communications to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians, document interactions in Cox Fleet systems, and drive proactive maintenance scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years in a related field.
• Alternative: higher degree or certification with up to 1 year experience; or 5 years in related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with billing processes across markets.
• Manage lifecycle of maintenance transactions from origination to repair completion.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians.
• Encourage proactive maintenance scheduling to drive recurring business.
• Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
